Why one team for fifteen services?
Because the handoffs are where things break. The ads team doesn’t know what the SEO team changed. The web designer removes the page that was ranking. Nobody set up tracking, so nobody can say what worked. When the same team plans all of it, those gaps don’t open up. That doesn’t mean you need all fifteen. Most sites need three or four.

Five habits we keep

No proposal goes out before someone has been through your site.
Everything in writing.
Scope, price, dates and terms go in the proposal. If the scope changes, the proposal gets updated before the work does.
You own your accounts.
Ad accounts, analytics and Search Console stay in your name. We’re users you can remove.
Reports that admit things.
If something didn’t work, the report says so, and says what we’re doing about it.
Short commitments.
Packages start with 3 months (6 on Compound). After that, 30 days’ notice and you’re free to go.
